When you lodge a complaint or contact us through this website we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and the details of your enquiry.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to investigate complaints under the Telecommunications Act 2009, and to report in aggregate on the state of the telecommunications market. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Who can see it
