Help with your phone or internet service

If you have a problem with your mobile, landline or internet service, we can help — but there is one step to take first.

Step 1 — contact your service provider

Most problems are resolved fastest by the company that provides your service. Contact them first and keep a note of when you called and what you were told.

Step 2 — if that does not resolve it, contact us

If your provider has not resolved your complaint, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission. We will acknowledge it and give you a reference number.

What we can help with

  • Billing and charging disputes you cannot resolve with your provider
  • Service quality and network coverage problems
  • Concerns about competition or pricing in the market
  • Radio interference

What we cannot do

We cannot set the prices a provider charges you, and we do not handle disputes about handsets or devices bought from a retailer.
